On Oct. 12, the Wittenberg Tigers took on their Women’s Soccer conference rival: DePauw.
Tigers took an early lead in the first half with Sydney Artis (’22) scoring off a corner kick putting the Tigers up 1-0. The Tigers maintained this lead through most of the game, with Paige Kaiser (’24) putting another on the board about halfway through the second half.
DePauw would get one back before the final whistle, but it would be too little too late, sealing the deal with a win for the Tigers.
The Tigers are now set to face Wooster on Saturday, Oct. 16 at 1 p.m. coming off a two game win streak, ready to capitalize on the momentum they’ve built.
