03/30/2014 @ 10:00 p.m.
Officers were approached by a student in reference to a broken exhaust on his vehicle. Officers detected a strong odor of marijuana emanating from the vehicle and the student stated he and some friends went to Burger King t smoke. Officers also found marijuana and drug paraphernalia in the vehicle. The student was cited for the offenses and ordered into Municipal Court.
04/02/2014 @ 5:53 p.m.
Officers were dispatched to New Hall in reference to a broken window. The parties involved advised they were “horse playing” around.
04/02/2014 @ 8:51 p.m.
Officers were dispatched to Firestine Hall in reference to damage to a bathroom stall. The incident occurred in the 2nd floor bathroom and did require immediate attention. Officers collected photos of the scene.
04/03/2014 @ 8:57 p.m.
Officers were dispatched to Tower Hall regarding a complaint that someone was throwing water-filled condoms at students. Suspects were unable to be located. Resident Advisors cleaned up debris and a report was completed.
04/05/2014 @ 8:14 p.m.
Officers on patrol on Bill Edwards Drive observed a suspicious vehicle occupied by two females. A field interview was conducted and one of the two was found to have active warrants. She was arrested on the warrants and lodged in the Clark County Jail.
04/05/2014 @ 10:36 p.m.
Officers were dispatched to Tower Hall regarding an underage alcohol party in a dorm room. Several students received dean citations. Two non-students refused to identify themselves and then provided false information. They were arrested and charged with falsification and underage consumption.
