Officers were flagged down by a student in reference to another student unexpectedly leaving her friends at McMurray’s Bar. After a brief search the student was located in her residence asleep.

Officers were dispatched to New Residence Hall in reference to an assault. The parities involved were identified as students. The incident stated was a verbal fight over a mutual female friend.

Officers were on patrol and observed a male walking with an open container of beer. The male was also found to have marijuana in his possession and was issued a Dean’s Summons for the infractions.

Officers were dispatched to an address on Woodlawn Avenue in reference to a male with a cut on his foot. The non-student refused treatment, his father was called to pick him up.

Officers heard glass breaking at a residence on North Fountain Avenue and observed a male fleeing the area. Officers spoke with a student who advised that someone was banging on their door. A ground floor window was shattered during the incident and Physical Plant was notified.

Officers were on patrol and observed a male who had been assaulted. The male stated he was assaulted by an unknown large African-American male at the Wittfest concert. The male refused treatement.
