Q: When did you start playing lacrosse?
A: I started playing in sixth grade, and I started picking it up because New Albany was developing a new program.
Q: What position do you play?
A: I play defense, and make sure they don’t score. My job is to protect the goalie and clear the ball up the field.
Q: What is your favorite high school lacrosse memory?
A: One of my favorite high school memories is when we went to state my senior year. We won by one point, and it was the perfect way to cap off graduation. We won state that day, and we graduated that day.
Q: How has your experience with Wittenberg lacrosse differed from others?
A: Unlike at Alma, I found a team that I connect with. I was able to build a strong bond with my teammates here as a Wittenberg Tiger.
Q: Do you have anybody that motivates you?
A: My teammates motivate me. They push me to play to the best of my ability, for both myself and as well as for the team. We never want to let each other down.
Q: How do you feel about the team this season?
A: Although we have taken a couple of loses, as a team we have been able to overcome the obstacles and push forward. We are ready to take on the remainder of the teams in our conference and continue to keep Wittenberg lacrosse traditions alive.
Q: What have you learned about your team this season?
A: I learned that sometimes we can come out flat, but when we do find that energy and do pick up that energy in our play, we do thrive and succeed.
Q: What is your pregame song?
A: “Famous” by Kanye on the “Life of Pablo” album
Q: What is your favorite meal to eat?
A: I love Gyros; I love Greek food in general.
