Last weekend, Wittenberg’s female a cappella group, Just Eve, held their annual Winter Concert in Ness Auditorium. This year, Just Eve has 18 members, of which there are three freshman, four new members, and four seniors.
The ladies performed 19 songs throughout the two-hour performance, including four popular holiday themed songs. While four of the songs were traditional Christmas carols, they closed the show with an encore performance of “Oh Hanukkah.” Some other songs included songs selections from Pat Benatar, The Chainsmokers, James Bond and Ingrid Michaelson.
Just Eve has several performances throughout the year, but according to member, Claudia Scully ’19: “The Winter Concert was estimated to have drawn crowds that filled up Ness about three times, which was awesome.”
Aside from concerts, Just Eve also sings at other events on campus, like FIJI’s Thanksgiving Dinner, which occured this past November.
