Mental Health

Utilize the health center and counseling services on campus. Use peer mentors and reach-out programs to make your transition onto campus a positive experience. Mental health should be a priority.

Studying & Exams

Keeping a planner & calendar helps keep you organized and on task with homework. There are many resources on campus that are here to help with your schoolwork, including the library, communication center, compass, tutors, etc.

Stay Active

Hit the gym 3-4 times a week to keep off the freshmen 15 and get your blood pumping. Find a gym buddy keep you accountable and stay motivated.

You Are What You Eat

It can be difficult to maintain a healthy diet throughout college, but following these three simple steps will help guide you in the right direction: Utilize the CDR and Post 95, try to eat three fruits and vegetables every day, and try to eat three meals per day.

Unplug and Unwind

Take a break from posting #TBT pics on Instagram and updating your Facebook status. Live in the now and enjoy the time you have with friends. You will have closer relationships with others and will not be as distracted when working on homework.

Social Life

GET INVOLVED!! No matter what your interests are, there is always a way to become involved. Whether is it joining a theater production, playing club or intramural sports, or joining Knights of Witt- light saber fighting club- our campus has something that suits you perfectly.
