11/25/2013 @ 11:02 a.m.
Officers observed a vehicle operating with fictitious plates on N. Fountain Ave. The operator also had two unrestrained children in the rear of the vehicle. A non-student was found to have an outstanding warrant for his arrest. The operator was cited into Municipal court for the infractions and the passenger was incarcerated for the active warrant.
11/27/2013 @ 9:39 a.m.
Officers responded to Recitation Hall regarding an employee that had fallen on the front steps. The individual declined medical attention at the scene and a report was completed.
11/27/2013 @ 6:20 p.m.
Officers observed a male subject operating an orange BMX style bicycle on N. Fountain Ave. The male cleared a check for warrants and was advised and sent from the scene.
11/28/2013 @ 10:08 a.m.
Officers on patrol observed a vehicle parked on N. Fountain Ave. A Wittenberg parking citation was issued to a student and left on a vehicle. As the issuing officer returned to his vehicle the student opened the rear door and yelled obscenities at the officer, who then issued a dean citation for a code of conduct.
11/28/2013 @4:51 p.m.
Officers conducting a check of Tower hall observed a broken doorknob in the basement. A report was completed and a work order was submitted to Physical Plant for repair.
11/29/2013 @ 12:28 p.m.
Officers responded to Polis House regarding a report of a burning smell from a WFF worker. Each room was checked but nothing out of the ordinary was found. The smell is believed to have been from the heating system.
11/29/2013 @ 8:00 p.m.
Officers met with a student at an address on N. Fountain Ave. regarding unlawful entry and theft of items from the residence. Photographs were taken but no fingerprints were able to be obtained. There are no suspects at this time and the incident remains under investigation.
11/30/2013 @ 8:19 p.m.
Officers responded to 954 Woodlawn Ave. regarding a reported burglary from the residence. All five residents had been away on break. An unknown person had broken a front-facing window to the kitchen area, entered the home and taken a large amount of property.
