We all need to take time in our busy lives to focus on our own happiness and well-being.
March 20 was International Day of Happiness, and the COMPASS: Sweet Success Center teamed up with the Wittenberg Counseling Services to provide students with free donuts from Tim Horton’s Tuesday morning in Hollenbeck Hall as part of their Action for Happiness movement.
Students could grab a quick Timbit and pick up a small flyer advertising the COMPASS Center and the Wittenberg counseling services.
If you’re struggling with your classes, you can make an appointment with the COMPASS center at www.wittenberg.edu/success, or visit them in the Thomas Library during Library hours.
If you need counseling services, you can call 937-327-7946 to schedule an appointment, or visit them in Shouvlin 210 from the hours of 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Your happiness is incredibly important, and like the Action for Happiness pledge states, Wittenberg hopes to “try to create more happiness in the world.”  And what better way is there than with free donuts?
